CFM FAQs 2024
Basics & Safety
What are the hours of the CFM?
The CFM will operate every Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm starting June 16th and running through October 20th. The market will be closed on September 1st.
Can I bring my own bag?
Yes! You are welcome (and encouraged) to bring your own shopping bags for your CFM purchases. Canvas CFM bags will also be available for a small donation of $5 to the CFM.
Can I eat or drink at the CFM?
Yes! Pack a picnic blanket and find a shady spot to enjoy your food from our vendors!
Will you close the market for bad weather?
CFM operates rain or shine. In the event of closure due to severe weather, we will notify the public on our website and via social media.
Where can I park?
We’re thrilled the market is such a walkable and bikeable destination and encourage active transportation if possible. There will also be plenty of free parking. Please follow signs and directions from our volunteer parking attendants to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.
Please remember fellow community members live around the high school, so please drive safely and obey all traffic laws when entering and exiting the parking areas.
Is the CFM handicap accessible?
Yes! There are reserved handicap accessible spots up front. Please follow signs and directions from our volunteer parking attendants.
Are dogs allowed at the market?
Yes. We know lots of furry friends walk along Washington Street, and they can join you at the market. Customers who bring dogs need to follow these rules:
Dogs must be kept on a short, non-extendable leash.
Keep your dog under control and by your side at all times.
Keep dogs away from produce, plants and other food products. This means head and tail ends!
Your dog must be sociable to people and other dogs to be able to come to the market.
Not everyone is a dog lover; be considerate.
Come prepared to clean up after your dog!
If you notice a specific problem or incident, please let someone from the CFM team know so that we can address the issue in a timely manner. Dogs that misbehave will be required to leave the market.
Service animals are, of course, always allowed.
